Controlling Graph Plot Line Overlay

 
We have included the most commonly used graph options in the graph pop-up menu and "Graph Properties" palette. Default graph settings and less commonly used graph options are located on the "Graph" tab of the "Preferences" window. This includes the "Overlay" setting that controls whether or not the graph will be cleared before each new set of plot lines is drawn.

If you want to change the "Overlay" setting, open the "Preferences" window by selecting "Preferences" from the "Edit" menu. Then select the "Graph" tab and make the desired changes. When "Overlay" is turned on, the graph will not be cleared before each new set of plot lines is drawn.
